E-mail Address: * Client Total Time: Computer/Server: Routine Maintenance: Routine Maintenance includes the following tasks (SERVER): Windows Update, Critical application updates, Server Monitoring Updates, Antivirus and security updates, Hard Disk check (and repair if necessary), Hard disk free space check, Defrag all physical disks, Clean-up system, Registry check and clean. -Check and verify onsite and offsite backups -Check Event Viewer including SYSTEM LOG, APP LOG, SECURITY LOG, DNS LOG, DIRECTORY SERVICES, FILE REPLICATION, RAID STATUS and HARD DRIVE STATUS. -Check and verify RAID STATUS, report any RAID DRIVE Failures. (Note, this usually requires Dell Openmanage or a Raid manager for your specific server type) -NOTE: If routine maintenance is performed on a workstation, the items that are server only related items will not be done.
